Good luck on the sale....doubt you will get that asking price
A list of mods would be nice. I am guessing the 487hp is on a 50trim. 33psi on pump is extremely high...even with race fuel.

psi starts at 33? is that low boost? whats high boost?

Is it using the stock turbo still? If so you are killing that stock turbo boosting it that high. Why not just swap to a bigger turbo? Are the pistons and rods back to stock or did you rebuild it with aftermarket parts and what brand?

Mod List, Tuner, Dyno Chart. And you going to have to be willing to come down on the price to around 25k or less. And this is from one of the nicest guys around so don't consider it a bash at all.
