he could always use msd stand alone ignition management. the fuel system could be tackled just like a k-swap. use an external fuel pressure regulater and its own return line fed into the factory return line.... ta-da magic
I already know that... but why go that route? That is too much money.... that is more money than what this whole swap would cost. That's another I reason why I didnt even bring up the C.O.P. set-up in which I have also done before using AEM EMS with C2Di/Twin-Fire. If it was up to me and I am willing to go this route with plenty of budget, might as well just do a K-swap.
Long story short, its not a good swap for the money IMO, you need custom mounts, harness, and fuel system. by the time youve spent all the money doing this you could have put something more conventional in, ie a B-Series, or even a K-series.
Also if your gonna post information like this please provide a link, because ive never heard of(been on d-series.org many times) or could figure why someone would want to do this, d17 arent the most efficient honda motors out there when it comes to making power
i'm not trying to make power it's a motor that was given to me and mine is just about done. i just want something to throw in before i have to walk to school and work.
