Ryan... I was suprised that you were given a base map to run with stock injectors. To me, that is pointless.... Your motor is at risk right now.... not to mention what I previously told you about that turbo manifold. Get those bigger injectors and get another base map for those bigger size injectors. You are running lean as hell... what I told you about the test pipe is now irrelevant.
Dont run or even start your car without those bigger injectors... unless you put everything back on stock, including stock ECU fuel map.

Gotta have a decent base map for those DSM 450cc injectors. Some tuners dont like them. Find some RC's or Precision. They are not that expensive nowadays for a set of 440-550cc's.

Ok my basemap was wrong it was to lean when I put stock gsr ecu in no problem but I'm not going to drive it untill I get a tune

High EGT's, willing to bet that "base map" is retarded to hell and back and probably very lean. How come no matter how many times it is said people still run the shit out of their engines on a "base map," I simply don't get it.
"Base Map" = A fuel/timing map to start your motor enough to get it on a trailer to take to a dyno, or good god atleast get a street tune. I wonder, did you break in the engine on this "base map" ?
For those just joining us, running high EGT's will do wonderful things to your cylinders, as in oblonging them (ie. out of round).

If the tuner doesnt have a leakdown/compression checker, advance timing light, EGT tester (I have a "portable gauge" and an infared EGT temp gun) and a wideband.. run away.
