ebay six puck clutch
i got one of the xtd stage 3 (6 puck) grabs hard as anything, only weak point to the clutch kit is the preesure plate. its almost softer than stock for whatever reason. with a clutch that grabs hard i wish the pedal was stiffer, but for 160$ shipped i'm not complaining
, this is on an b16 turbo ~270whp.
, this is on an b16 turbo ~270whp.well im not looking to build this car at the moment, but i want a stiff clutch pedal.
I've used an off-the-shelf clutch from Autozone before for a d16z.
I'd recommend it for the c-note I spent on it. Its usable life was about 50k miles, with minimal visits to the redline. After that the spring action became sort of vague.
Stiff clutches suck for dailies. I could only handle about 4 months with a CM Stage III with B-series before I had to replace with an Exedy.
