Absolutely nothing wrong with it. In perfect working condition when removed from the car. I'm not sure what I did with the belts, so I'm going to say no belts as it is, but if I can find them in the mess of belts and crap in the parts room then they will be included

b16a2 (si) and b18c (jdm type-r) for example use a pr-3 head. GSR's use a p-72 head.
