Try www.tirerack.com they sell them as a package deal an you pay not tax.

the price really depends on size. i didnt pay extra. but some times you need a certain amount of people to get a custom size made. in my case, he ordered extra sets so i didnt have to rally up guys in a group buy.

I got my wheel and tire package 2 years ago from SubyDude, but that was for a WRX.
I don't know what they stock for tires for non-Subaru fitments.
