I was replying to the comment that they cant look at the tint. Not they can/can't fail you for the percentage of tint.

tint trasparency is not inspected. The cops can (and probrably will) give you a ticket, but the inspector cant fail you for it. And technically any suspension modification outside of OEM will fail but some guys are reasonable about it.

if u go by the book wich i have read it and have a copy no car is legit in the state of va
your best bet is take chances and hopefully someone will over look your car
i dont think is safe for the inspection place by people advertising spots up here
