I have a book for a SuperFlow flow bench. There's >1% margin for error, so there's basically no difference between them......It's really cool. Thanks Thermal for putting up the graph.

About stock. I want to say that would be 160 chp, or near 130 whp.
B16's generally top out about 200 whp, or slightly over, depending on the level of work done. If you look at http://www.skunk2.com, they have a build path, that nets 232 chp..... Which, is basically, 200 whp.
To do so, included port/polish, big cams, high compression, full valvetrain, upgrades in the bottom to handle the RPM, Intake, Header, Exhaust, and a good tune...... Basically, if you're going to fully build it, you're better off either going Turbo, or going B20/VTEC, because with a N/A motor, there's NO SUBSTITUTE FOR DISPLACEMENT! PERIOD!

Size difference alone, on an equal build 2.0 will provide an additional 25% in horsepower. Basically, if it's good enough to get 200+ on a 1.6, then at 2.0, the same basic combination will be near 250 hp......

Seeing one of the strongest I've seen on the board is a little over 240 hp, it shows how hard it is to get a 200 hp B16....
