Real hardwood flooring, or that fake stuff (which in my opinion works better)? And yeah, what kinda area we talking about?

 

If someone has pulled up carpet to find hardwood flooring I'd assume its real and he is looking for the same thing as myself. Someone who can resurface/sand them and stain/seal. I would do it myself but my neighbor/friend did his and he already wants to re-do it because its not perfect and he kinda messed up on some places. And I know myself too well to know that if its not perfect I'd be re-doing it again and again. And by that time I might of well paid a professional to do it.

 

Legend Floors did mine about 2 months ago. 327sq ft cost me 833.00.. 1 coat of stain 2 coats of polly. Took 2 days and was day and night when they got finished. I will have to look for there number. If you seen the ugly ass bright green hyundai on the peninsula with the front and back bumper missing thats him. Is choice ofcars doesnt reflect his floor work..haha.

It is a 308 sq ft room and a 35 sq ft hallway. It is real wood obviously and I am looking to get it sanded and at least two coats poly put down.

 

It is about 360 sq ft.
