prayer for judgement isn't used in Virginia... only in NC and MD as far as i know, so your best bet is not to even bring it up unless you're prepared for some weird looks.

what i found works best in court is rescheduling... and rescheduling... and rescheduling as much as they'll let you. more often than not they schedule you on a day the officer isn't due for court. gotten out of four so far that way.

 

sorry about your luck but in hampton you have to have a good reason to reschedual or they wont let you...and you usually only get one

 

The scariest thing i ever got was by a pooper trooper , 6:00 in the morn im driving through the tunnel to va beach and a civic plates BLK-DRGN comes up and revs his engine like 3 times so im in my old car 94 accord and i run him through the tunnel. I win he wants more so he goes , i wait and i go we ended up doing 110 and a trooper pulls us over at the robin hood rd. exit and i am about to shit myself neway he tells us all the norm. you could die, what if you blew a tire, he could impound our car then and there. I am about to piss my pants along with the other guy and then he say ok were done you can go...and i got in my car and left. No ticket nothing me and the other guy looked at eachother in amazement i was soooooo happy i didnt get a ticket. But then about 4 months later i get pulled for a 98 in a 55 guess i wont be speeding nemore on the highway.

 

tony your fuck lol.... just make sure wear your uniform although in VA I doubt that will help too much military. =/ I got a ticket for speeding in some small ass NC town, when to court wearing my uniform and they drop my ticket =)

 

I got an 80 in a 55 in Hampton... #1, get a lawyer. #2, get your speedo calibrated. I got mine reduced to "Improper Driving". The $300 I paid for the lawyer was far cheaper than a lifetime of raised insurance due to a reckless driving ticket...

 

i got out of a 90 in a 45 last week. thats badass i never get out of tickets.


now i have radar detector detector jammer.

 

87 in a 45 last yr in hampton. lawyer got me off. all i had to say to the judge was "yes sir, i wont do it again sir"

 

I have 3 tickets in hampton, they are bitches. Lawyers or whatever they just love to stick it to you.. gotta remember all the stores moved to newport news so hampton makes their money off of tickets.. (my theory)

I got a 89 in a 35 & evade and elude (yeah i ran it was stupid i know) in york county.. I got off with a 500 dollar fine.
