Take the part to a local machine shop where pros have a set of screw recovery tools. What they do is drill a tiny hole in the broken bolt and put in a tapered left-hand threaded screw and as they screw into your broken bolt, the lefty screw grips into the broken bolt and screws it out, no damage done to anything else, all there is is a tiny hole in your broken bolt, which is unneeded.
This should only take less than 15 minutes of their time.
You should only need to buy that new replacement bolt.

Id try sticking two nuts on the end of the bolt with the threads,tighten them together,and loosen the inner one,while the outter one keeps it from spinning.
Hard to explain,but if you ever removed a exhaust manifold stud try doing it like that.

^^^If that doesn't work, Sears hardware has kits specifically made for bolts whose heads have come off. Having an air gun helps a lot.

Well guys, I ended up taking it to a machine shop who did it for me for $20 bucks. A local garage was trying to charge me $200! Thanks for all the help/insight; I just thought it would be better to let someone else handle it for $20 than going out and buying some tools and spending a whole bunch of time, energy, and frustration.
