The bugs are the only thing that really bothers me though. Im kinda numb to the other stuff after waiting tables for almost 2 years...

yeah, the bugs bother me, but so does the shitty dish washing. Take a look in the washer and see what its blowing around on your dish that they use, that still comes out dirty, and you would probably throw up. to me, thats worse than bugs, its disgusting.
