did you raise your score in that 8 months? Low 600's are about what is needed to get any real financing with a decent salary and low monthly bills. Do you have some kind of weird pay/tax stuff going on where you're an independent contractor or work under the table or something to that effect....thus showing lower income than actual? Just trying to figure it out
