theres some Italian restaurant in fairfax right off main street near the courthouse, its expensive but it was really good food, or maybe I was just really hungry. wish I remembered the name.

If you want real italian food you cannot go to these chains being listed. If you have some time (it is in alexandria) this weekend I HIGHLY recommend this place. Family owned and amazing food. They have a fireplace to sit by, and the prices are good(~15 plate). I recommend the Rigatoni Carbonara. Sorry its so far, just not familiar w/ family owned places in the reston area.

Zefferelli's in Herndon. Maggianos in Tysons is good to, the rest are chains. IMHO, any Great American Restaurant has good food i.e. Sweetwater, Arties, Coastals, Siverados etc..

Pretty lame. I used to DJ there until they started trying to tell me what to play because the "urban" music was bringing in the wrong crowd. The prime rib there is business.
