Good luck on the sale jon! I can vouch, this car is really nice.

I know what you mean by driving SUVs, I can't ever go back to driving one as a daily since I dont need to.

I'll back that up, this car is super clean, especially for having higher mileage. I am going to opposite direction and I can't stand driving a car car, so as soon as my BMW sells, I'll pick this up if you've still got it around.

not sure on the timing belt. I haven't changed it out since I've owned it.
