I've actually read a few reviews where they do say it was/is the best liter bike ever. It was faster than the new one around tracks in some articles when being compared to the '07 model.

he is right at the time is was the best bike ever built but now its the new cbr1000rr hands down. at least thats what cycle world is saying..
