I've seen this fuckstain twice, first time I was just sitting at a stoplight on 28 right down the street from the Burger King by Manassas airport. He flew by me doing at least 90 miles per hour while I was sitting at a stoplight, revving his engine at me the whole time.. Then he proceeded to rev at me while I was just cruising through traffic in my friend's 240 that he let me borrow while I was getting my car painted.. I saw him again about 2 months later at the exact same stoplight. He saw me and then proceeded to rev on me again and followed me through traffic on 28 for about 2 miles then all of a sudden he made a U-turn and turned around and left.. His car looked bone-stock except for exhaust and maybe springs/coilovers... When I saw him he was rollin' on the stock RSX wheels...
