same thing is happening with my car and its the tps goin bad its showing voltage spikes on the afc from the tps signal

well i loosened my throttle cable up and now it stopped wtf

That would do it, if the throttle cable is holding the throttle plate slightly open then there would be too much airflow into the engine for the ECU to be properly regulate idle. The ECU does what it can, but it's not enough to hold idle constant.
