got a wreckless driving in hampton about a year ago
85 in a 30, i went to a lawyer and talked to him and decided not to go that route.
i went and had my car put on a speedometer calibrater and found that my needle was 15 off i then took my car to a mechanic and had it fixed, i then took an 8 hour defensive driving class and went to court with my driving record (wich was clean)
the judge dropped the whole ticket to defective equipment and i paid 30 bucks in court fines.
In the end there was nothing wrong with my needle i just paid the guy to write it.
and i paid the mechanic to write out a reciept saying he fixed it.

My mistake its not a wreckless driving its a Reckless driving. lol
I happened in hampton, i was going 90 in a 55 on I64 e.
How do I find out who the judge will be?
My car is an 07 with less than 9,000 miles on it, i dont think the calibration thing will work.
I already signed up for the 8 hour course.
And cause i know someone will say it i know it was dumb to go 90, it was a mistake.

Mistake i go that fast down 664 all the time.
anyway do you have stock tires and rims on the car, is it lowered.
anything after market on the suspension at all.
if so then you can get it done. if you dont my suggestion would be find someone with
some rims slap them on there real quik(bigger rims) and go get the calibration thing done.

Your insurance will likely triple unless you get the reckless ticket dropped to just mph over. Have someone drive you to court as you may end up losing your license in worst case scenario (and your black cherry).

Since you didnt read, he got the ticket in hampton on I64.
To the O.P. for my 2 reckless driving tickets I got Buddy Fox. His office is in downtown newport news by the courthouse. Both tickets he only charged me $300. He got ticket one dropped and the other one reduced to improper driving.
