I have been there till 10+ and still had plenty of people / cars out there. I usually go around 8ish.

Just got done waxing the car so i will most likely be out there tonight. My car would be perfect if some ass didnt dent my car
. Didnt even feel like waxing that part.

You'll just get pissed. There were like 1600 cars there tonight and maybe two worth a closer look.
