Yea you know whats bullshit.. If you get pulled over and been drinking and the LEGAL limit is .08 right? Well Check this shit out.. My boy got pulled over last week, he blew a .03 and the Cop said well your under the legal limit, but your under the influence so heres a DUI.. So he gave him a dui and took him to jail for driving under the influence. WTF!!? Why is there even a limit?

 

If you are under 21, you have to blow a 0.0 whether you are driving, walking, whatever. Over 21 i'm almost positive you can blow under a .08 and be fine.

 

still officer discression. if i pop 2 painkillers and have a beer then im probably going to be buzzed and still blow below the legal limit. thats what the field sobriety test is for. but yea, if he was under 21. anything over a .00 is grounds for a DUI.

 

Call Horan in Fairfax, got me and 2 others off of a reckless endangerment and we didn't have to pay shit or lose our license
