try putting thicker oil in. it is getting hot out side. i would also look at your accessories like alt. air con pump. something like that.

well if you had the valves ajusted the motor needs to be under 100 degrees for it to be proper and you can try running thicker oil make sur they ajusted the valves to the proper spec your ticking could be a slightly bent valve or burnt valve could have heavy carbon deposits on the valves or could be a rist pin rod berring there are soo many options that there is no way to tell unless some one is to hear it
