ok its a 95 the caliper seems like not all the pistons want to come out when applying the brakes and the pads not in there so its a little confusing not sure if the caliper is messed up, i greased it up as best i could today and replaced a bent brake line bled the brakes. The wheels do not vary in heat after a few miles of driving so im back to confused. Only thing i can think of is that the caliper wont release all the way, the bearings are in spec torque on both sides and have new bearings that i have re packed a few times with new grease just to be safe. anyone have a spare caliper???

what says that the alignment is 100%???

 

Does it pull on acceleration? or just all the time.

 

the corrected sheet i got after the alignment that shows its settings compared to spec, however considering its making the very same pull as it did before hand the alignment doesnt seem to be the issues


Also the pull is constant, more when faster speeds and less when going slower. If im going 60 i can change lanes fast by letting go of the wheel, driving up the neighborhoo it slowly works its way left.

I'm thinking it's a rear axle issue, as the front end alignment would have discovered any issues, and the rear isn't really looked at on a solid axle, leaf sprung system.

Do you have any broken springs? My 83 Toy shortbox usually breaks one every year or so, and that can wildly affect handling. Also, you should have a friend drive your truck, and follow behind it, watching for dog-tracking, where the front and rear wheels aren't following the same path. If it is dog-tracking, the ass end of the truck will appear skewed to one side. This is a common problem after frame or suspension damage.

seriously after hearing all of this im honestly thinking that the place that did you alingment simply just didnt have the steering wheel straight when they did the alignment cause there is nothing you can do with a solid rear axle and thats it the is no camber or caster adjustments on solid rear axle its either you broke something or you didnt and if something was worn out or broken like the shock or leaf well if the shock was worn out it would cup the tire very badly and if the leaf was broke your truck would be saggin like shit depending where its broken

 

Well i was inspecting the rear suspension back and forth and it took me a few to let it settle in but this is what i found, i still cant see any frame damage anywhere but this looks like a sign of it, could it be something else?
