I have Statefarm and they sent me a letter about this regarding my old STI.
From what I gathered they send it to people who have limited mileage on their car. My STi was driven strictly for pleasure. My only reasoning for wanting it was just to build as a drag car. So, I told them that I only wanted 4,000 annual miles for it. Which is good, since I only drove 1200 miles in 5 months.
Since rates are significantly lower for a car that is only driven 4k annual miles compared to one that is driven 18k annual miles, they want to check and verify things.
