avoid linkhorn bay, at all costs. Horrible management, shit is broken half the time, they charge you to use the pool(well, they break the water bill it takes to fill it and operate it to the residents), cheap construction, bugs, and too damn loud.

I live in baker crossing off of baker and newtown road its 800 for a 1 bed room and 875 for a nice 2 bed room its like almost 1200 sqft managment here is cool at least i think so and parking is great they also dont care if you work on your car here i actualy built my motor in the parking lot and just did a head gasket while managment was around one of the ladys even asked how much i would charge to do an oil change on her car

 

i just moved into Harpers Square Apts. this week.... and i love it. i pay $675/month (1 bed room)


but they have 2 bed rooms for mid $700's.

awsome place, super nice people, maintenence is on point. and the employees are chill as hell

 

When I lived there a couple years ago, it felt like COPS every weekend. They must of cleaned up.
