See Im building a new motor and i was just wondering which would be best for my set up:
B18c1 Bottom end Stock bore
CP 11.5:1 pistons 81mm
Eagle H beams rods
ITR or GSR crank (is there a difference b/c i have both )
and plan on using a bw 75 and 100 shot of nitirus

if you can find a good deal on a b16 head, get it.
if you can find a good deal on a ported gsr head, get it.
i know of a ported GSR head ready for assembly. 1mm oversize valves on both sides. call up demetrious at 757-302-3038

itr crank is heavier, but counterbalanced better than a gsr

I'm not saying one head isn't better, just saying its no where close to 10%.
the gsr has more agressive cams... so unless you where to swap over cams and all the internal of the gsr head to the b16 you would expect to see a 15hp difference in the two heads...
