b16 or itr head?
it came with the stock valve train and ive already figured out that they are itr cams. i just wanted to know if the head was itr also even though it has been p and p. so if no one can answer the question ive asked then please dont post. thanks

hey the 91 in the numbers you have is the year it was manufactured. so its not an original itr head. it is most like a obd-1 b16 head it is a jdm head, either a sir or integra xsi head. it is still a good starting point in an engine build. in 1991 they didnt make the itr.

It's a 99 head. It's most likely a b16 head that has been ported.
Who really cares. If it flows better than 260cfm then it's better than a stock head.
ITR and B16 heads are exactly the same until they port the ITR head. Just say its a damn PR3 head and get it over with. Anyone with half a brain will know they are the same thing.
Didn't the itr head have different valves. Thought they were shaped different on the inside of the intake or exhaust port. I know they are lighter and suppose to be shaped a little different. unless of course they have been changed.
Dual valve springs. If he knows the cams are ITR, he probably knows what the rest of the valve train is. Even knowing what the valvetrain is doesn't tell you what the head is from. Anyone can swap parts. All that matters is that its a PR3 head.
