he could put down more power with $1500 in mods than he's gonna with a supercharger. I've definetly never heard of a supercharger conversion on a 1.8t. Just ridiculous I say.....

people have built 16VG60 motors I figure if you have to go through all the work to do 16V why not just use an early Passat 20V motor (external waterpump) and make a 20VG60. I don't have the cash but I have been talking with/helping the 1st american to build one. Some day I plan to build one just to be a little different

here are 2 from england:

The USA 1:

better yet one of the fastest 20V motors granted it is NA:

anybody can own a 1.8T there is nothing special about that. Hell anybody can spend $$$$ to install Kits on it build the piss out of it. I like the idea of building something unique and fun. fast is often going to those that have the most$$$. But if you have to cuss at anything that doesn't fit your ideals then you might as well be one of those Vortex MK4 forum type of people.

Ok..so this guy is officically a tool bag. Any guesses on the excuses when i start asking about his car?

My friend asked him what type of blower.

His response: "Um...it was the....uhh........umm..."
My friend: "Well, is it that red one? The Jackson Racing one?" -just asking a stupid question as bait
Him: "Yea..it was that red one, yea the popular one..Jackson Racing, thats it."

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHAHHAHAHAHAH...this kid is priceless. Supposidly he tell this to my friend with a complete straight face and i guess has convinced himself into believe it as true. Meanwhile he gets a ride from his Mom to and from work............because his car is "in the shop" of course

whew...classic.
