Yes it is, its just cheap and doesnt line up,It hits the taillights and the key hole wont even line up. He says all sales are final. I was even willing to trade for anything i can re-sell and make my money back, I thought i was being pretty nice about it but i see how it is, It will come back to him. He says he doesnt want to have to re-sell it. No shit, your selling a pile of shit that doesnt fit lol.
