Yeah dude, just rebuild it. It shouldnt be that big of a deal. Whenever I work on someone's computer that is that infected, I just rebuild it. An hour later its back to normal...

Look for and delete these two files from within "Safe Mode -- Command Prompt" option when pressing F8 after the POST and before the booting Windows logo appears.

C:\WINDOWS\system32\vav.cpl
C:\WINDOWS\system32\tdssl.dll

Easiest way would be to do that. reformat C and install windows all over again. Dose your pc have a system recovery option? (reinstalls all software and settings that were installed @ the factory, and installs fresh copy of OS)

The fake alert is located in registry location:
HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Control Panel\International\sTimeFormat

Your computer is also infected with "VistaAntivirus2008".

Use Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware 1.25 to get rid of the infection.

Amazing that none of the brainiacs have mentioned group policy editor to fix some of this... Of course, you'll probably want to get rid of the spyware bullshit first.
