Yea, kevin is a good guy and there is no reason to say things like that. The only way he'll get pissed is if you brush him the wrong way. As far as the shop and the turbo kit goes. They get a , they have always been very helpful with me and worked around my time schedule. Most people know me and know that i'm a good guy and trustworthy. So when I say their new manifold is top notch, I mean it. They have braced it and made sure it won't crack now. Other than that, their intercooler looks great and the turbo's are awesome, I believe they use precision, so you know it's quality. Norris himself is a good guy, I have not had one problem with him or the shop. Everything has been done properly on my car and in a timely fashion. They are good guys. You can't please everyone, so I'm sorry if your car was not 100%, I don't know you or your situation with them so I can't comment. I don't work for them or rep for them. My car was built by Inline Pro and I just hang out with the guys over there. So i'm not biased in any way.

 

in all honesty I dont like the manifold..... IMO

apparently they have done some fabricatiosn to it but I dont think it is enough. All in all thought the rest of the turbo kit seems to be pretty good minus the manifold. I believe your best bet would be if u are set on that kit to get it, but use a different style manifold, SFP, Revhard, InlinePro, Full-race........

Dave, in all honesty and you know i'm a Inline man thru and thru. The new manifold looks awesome. I haven't tried it but i'm trying to see if I can borrow it to use on the dyno and see what I can make with it.

Norris is a good guy. He just like anyone else has his pros and cons. Kevin is one cool dude in my book. I wouldnt buy their kit because of the manifold but everything else included is top notch.
Nu Image as a shop I really cant speak for. Ive hung out there a couple if times in the past when Harry worked there, but have never taken my car in there for work.

 

Either way. They are competitors for your car. ITs up 2 yoo to decide.. I say both are really good but im more of an inline pro person... Thats just my thing

 

I can speak from experience. I now have the inline pro T4 manifold on my car, i love it. I've made excellent power and it's nothing too fancy. But The new manifolds that nu image is putting out are insane. The T3/T4 manifold now has the bracing that is needed like I said before. But the new T4 manifold is crazy. It looks great, i'm hoping to see some dyno results with it though.

 

I am pretty sure we can have the dyno results up by the end of the month. Hoping for almost 700
