anyways. during rush, fraternities expect kids to come out and party to see if it's something they want to do or join. that's one thing; to decide whether or not you want to pledge (provided that you even get invited to). but to take advantage of the courtesy and hospitality of well meaning people is fucking garbage. having rush events are not cheap. most of the fraternities on vcu do not get any kind of alumni support and often struggle with finances. fuck, i was the first alumnus to make a contribution to my chapter.

if anything; instead of looking for parties, get real social life.

yea i'm in a fraternity...i'm finally graduating in December though.
