Soooo you have a roughly 300WHP LS-VTEC? Nice.

I'm not trying to make this a battle, I just don't believe that this setup can't be perfectly tuned. You need some dyno time, badly.

Oh, and they're Crower cams, not Crowler. Spelling mistake, I know, still bugs me though. Kinda funny mostly, I thought that was some new brand for a second.

What is the fuel pressure doing during all of this? What are you using for a regulator, it sounds like something is either choking the injectors or ECU is turning them off. If you can trust what the wideband is saying, I wouldn't get into VTEC territory without getting everything sorted out in the rest of the maps. Running that lean is dangerous. You can't be anywhere near the flow limit of those injectors though, so I'm thinking there is a problem with the fuel supply somewhere, or that the ECU is freaking out for some reason. Are they the correct impedance for that ECU? You should see some change on the wideband as duty cycle increases, whether that makes it better or worse. What you're seeing almost makes me think something isn't right with the wideband, like there may be too much induced noise or something similar.

I don't think the head porting has much to do with it; it can hurt flow and lose power if it's overported, but that will make you run rich usually from lack of port velocity. That doesn't sound like the problem.
