i realy dont think it could be a mount because it takes of fine no noise only time it makes the noise is when i hit the brakes going about 5mph i can hear it near near the brakes.. then when i let of the brakes it stops.. the top of the rotor is rusted around the edges

 

have you checked the mounts tho????? Reason I say that is because 6th gen civics are notorious for having a weak driver side mount. I broke mine twice after swapping a B20.... it made that "clunk" sound each time I hit the brake......
