if you arent into honda scene, you wouldnt understand whats the point of this thread..get the fuck out with your immaturity
I have driven my 1973 Ford Maverick all the time throughout my ownership even daily as my other car was either broken down or in the shop. I have never even had an exhaust on it. I ran it with open headers up untill a month ago when i just had an exhaust put on it, I get pulled over about 6 times a year for my exhaust in my import, but never one time in my maverick, when i drive by cars i set off alarms, im always around cops and they are always around me and they never pull me over for my tags (which are antique tags). or my exhaust for that matter.
I just got a ticket for making an illegal turn about 3 weeks ago and finally he gave me a ticket for not having an inspection sticker and driving it to work, So i just got an inspection sticker. Inspection is easy to pass and its the standards of what year your vehicle is/was built in.
Keep in mind in in Fairfax and Prince William County, I dont know how MD cops are. I just ran into a cocky asshole of a cop who tried to search my entire car to give me as many tickets as possible.

You can drive to events such as Carlisle or do the Hot Rod power tour.
It just requires a legitimate reason to travel over 200 miles from your residence or place you store the car.
I have never heard of anyone getting screwed with that wasn't sitting in weekday, rush hour traffic.
I dont need to be into the "HONDA Scene." Not sure why every jdm, wet behind the ear, wannabe sweats Hondas. Obviously you dont know shit about the Camry Scene "dawg." Fucking v6 beast, practical and exudes family safety. I will be getting a good night sleep, while your "Home Boy" honda owner is sweating when it will be his turn to get his car jacked in the middle of the night.
Not true.

i have a 87 saab 9000 with over 350,000 miles, that i daily to work everyday and to other places. i still use regular VA tags and passing inspections for this car is not that hard. If everything is still in working order it will pass. i do not understand why you want historic/antique tags when you dont want to fix the car the right way to pass inspection. Inspections are there for a reason.
