I would:
Find your car, preferably on the street or in a parking lot
Pull your new tags off (aka pulling the 09 sticker off the license plate)
Tow you for not having up to date tags
And then see you bitch
Chill the fuck out dude. Cops do their job for a reason. Would you rather your car get towed from in front of your house because of no registration, or have someone steal it and you are SOL?
the title is in my name .. but they said we couldnt get it registered and get tags cause i had a couple of tickets so thats why it wasnt registered but now i realize the vin is/can get traced to the title, find out who it is, make sure i pay the fine.
if a vehicle is parked on a public roadway without any tags it can/will be towed. it's kind of like your garbage sitting on the street... the public can take whatever they want out of your trash if it's on a public street.
