111 in a 65 , caught by airplane and pulled over by an unmarked oldsmobile aurora, completely dropped , i told the judge i was going to johns hopkin medical hospital ... he said "im going to let you go this time , but under no circumstances are you to ever speed like that again, now get out of here before i change my mind"
i got lucky

 

Actually null process means that you are still convicted but no reprimand for the crime. You didn't necessarily have your case dismissed, it'll still show on your record. Same thing happenned to me a few years back.

Well I didnt get off quite as easy, but i did get off easy. Me and my boy were racing quite a few months ago on Big Bethel. I wasnt looking at the speedometer, but my boy told me he was about to shift into 5th and he said his car was doing 115. And we are approaching Saunders and i see this chevy Malibu (gold) get over into the left lane. I thought to myself, good, they are doing the right thing gettings out of a fast moving vehicles way. We go through the Saunders light, but had to slow down because Simple Farm/BBethel light was red, and when we stopped we were in the left lane. So we get as far as the shopette when this fine ass ABC cop chillen in the Malibu pulls us over. SHE WAS HOT!!!! I spit game at her, and she would have let me off, if she hadnt had felt like my boy was lying to her, and since she ticketed him, she did the same to me (she told me that, lol). We got off with Failure to Obide by a posted highway sign. That was my first ticket, and when i tried to get off because it was my first in court, that bitch of a judge was like "GUILTY, go give them your money!!!!!". Oh yeah, did i mention that her car wasnt even calibrated. No radar, no pacing, no NOTHING! My boy got a lawyer and got off.

So with this next ticket, i gots me a lawyer for my 83/55. I best be gettin a reduced somethin!!!!!!!!!
