TRAMP STAMP PLATES!!!

 

I just dealt with with in court as a matter of fact there is no technical issues the law states that the plate must be secured to the rear of the vehicle in a fixed manner and clearly visable. there are no laws stating that it cannot be vertical that is perfectly legal.
