Can anyone recomend a trainer in newport news. I have been looking to get into mma for a while now. I just had 3 back surgerys over the past year and have been dying to start training. I finally got it rodded and a rubber disk put in and doc says I should be good mid january.

I am a beginner and a heavyweight if that make a difference in recomendations.

 

why don't you just go to a real gym???
