no need for a relay to control the flash, just get a pair of big sand resistors from radio shack and wire them into the grounds and you'll be good to go. cost: maybe 5 bucks.
looks good though. stock signals always look like hell.

They're actually Lockhart Phillips. I think I found them on EBAY for about $20/shipped from 58Cycle.

I know, they stand out a lot now. Gotta buy paint, and at $200 for materials it ain't cheap. Plus I'm planning on getting the license plate mount holes in the undertail filled, so that's more money on labor. Hopefully by the end of January the undertail will be on.

Well, it's supposed to rain tomorrow, and I'm off, so I'll probably swing by Radio Shack while I finish up Christmas shopping and grab what I need. Appreciate the offer EMC, but The Peninsula is a hike for me.

Have a picture of the license plate mount holes you need filled? May be able to help you cut down on the cost if it's not much to it.
well you could alway come to say hay LOL. But not any resistor will work you need a 5 ohm 20 watt and you wire it between the pos. and neg. going to the turn signal you will need to do it on both sides. so you will need two of them. hope this helped...
