It's the 17's that are killing the single cams, putting more stress on them rod bearings.
In all seriousness, are you buying these motors based on fact of known good condtion or, areeeeeeeee you just pissing in the wind, hoping for the best and receiving the worst?

what all are you putting into these single cams..? i know a friend of mine boosts em all day long and gets reliable fun outta em.
