Fuck a TSX. I would rather have an Accord 2dr Ex V6 6 speed. Much nicer car in my opinion.

2003 Honda Accord Factory Performance Package Revealed at SEMA

LAS VEGAS, November 5, 2002 - A Factory Performance package will be available for the 2003 Honda Accord Coupe early next year, American Honda Motor Co., Inc., announced today at the 2002 Specialty Equipment Market Association (SEMA) show.

The dealer-installed Factory Performance (FP) package adds a high performance sport-tuned suspension with aggressively calibrated shocks and springs, new wheels and tires, and an aerodynamic body kit.

Accord Coupe Factory Performance components include:

High performance springs reduce ride height by about one-inch and lower the Accord's roll center

High performance shock absorbers are tuned for enhanced road handling characteristics and decreased body roll

17x7 alloy wheels

High performance tires (215/50VR-17)

Full aerodynamic under-body kit (front, sides and rear)

Rear wing spoiler

FP Badging and Shift Knob
"The Factory Performance package gives the 2003 Accord a distinctive, custom appearance and a high pedigree of handling performance without compromising the factory specifications," said Jim Roach, American Honda Vice President of the Parts Division. "All of the Honda-engineered and manufactured Factory Performance parts meet the same high level of engineering as the rest of the car."

The Accord Factory Performance package will be available exclusively through Honda dealers nationwide and will be installed at the dealer. The package carries the same warranty as any Honda Accessory (3-years, 36,000 miles) and does not affect the factory warranty. An MSRP has not been announced yet. The package can be installed on all 2003 Accord V-6 Coupes (LX and EX) with either manual or automatic transmissions. A 2003 Accord Coupe equipped with the FP package is on display at SEMA. A similar Factory Performance package will also be available for the 2003 Civic EX Coupe.

Other Honda products on display at the 2002 SEMA show include a 2003 Accord Concept that features a 300-horsepower 3.2-liter V-6 engine, paddle-shift controlled semi-manual 6-speed transmission, widened track, wide-body styling, custom body kit and interior, and extensive use of lightweight materials. A Civic Si Concept also debuted featuring a rally-style body kit, a GReddy turbocharged 2.0-liter i-VTEC 4-cylinder engine and a high-tech racing interior. For the 2003 racing season, professional drag racer Adam Saruwatari unveiled his 2003 Civic Si Pro Drag Car. Also, a Civic Si modified by King Motorsports with Mugen high performance equipment demonstrates the aftermarket tuning potential of the Civic Si. In addition, the all-new 2003 Honda Element introduced a wide range of new Honda Accessories that will be available when the vehicle goes on sale this December.
