You can get that look with paint. It's expensive and it shows fingerprints though. There are semigloss paints that have been around a lot longer than the vinyl wrap fad.

I agree... there is paint that can get close to that.... why not ask a paint shop like Stock or Modified..... Also, this local STi with a two-tone black should give you ideas:

I forgot all about that sti, it's pure sex, and has the exact color I want.

The reason I've neglected calling was because it's hard to explain that exact look, I've seen shitty flats, and decent flats, and beautiful flats like the ones posed and the STI.

But I might just drive to a place with a picture and have them help, or call the people that did the STI.

I'd say a semi gloss maybe?

 

Semi or satin probably. See if you can find a paint store that stocks the products you need, and they'll probably have samples or chips that can show you the relative difference.
