if a court suspends your license they still have to process the paperwork. unless you live 12 - 24 hours away im pretty sure that your license wont show up suspended anyway by the time you get on the road.

but government runs like shit except when they take ur money. paperwork doesnt fall under that i dont think. lol

 

Well usually i never surrendered my license, so when i did get pulled over i would show the cop my license and act like i didn't know. And if that didn't work i would propasition the cop................

 

much like going to court for an exhaust ticket with the car that you got the ticket in and convincing the judge that you changed it back to stock.

youd probably have to hitch a ride. so best bet is to just bring someone that can drive your car home.
i had to wait almost an hour on the side of the road for my manager to come drive my car back to work one day. i got pulled and didnt know my license was suspended. i had to surrender my license so i would THINK it would be the same for court.

 

I got mine suspended in a Fairfax county court about 2 years ago and they let me drive. The judge asked if I had a ride home and I said no so he said that I could drive home and only home. Wasn't too happy about it but let me drive home either way.

 

keep in mind, no one other than the judge and yourself know that you have a suspended license. the police wont be out in full force to catch you slip, your chances of getting pulled over driving home is just about as big as normally getting pulled over.

+1 with getting screwed by the cops. I got my license suspended 5 times and ffx took it away only 3 times in court and still drove home those 3 times. i was paranoid like i was on crack starring at my rear view every min but made it. i am always temped to race so i pulled out of the racing scene and went VIP.

 

Just dont drive in the district without a valid license, its an arrestable offense there. Most other areas its just a ticket.
