no the head has all valve train intake manifold and fuel rail no gaset or cam seal or cam gears...:S but umm the head i am not for sure i got it on a b18b block but the valve cover was a older valvecover and the intake manifold is a older one so i can not before sure the head looks like its gotlike bigger valves then otehr ls head i have seen and its super clean when i got it....:S i dotn know thats why i just want a hundred bucks but best offer takes it.....its ays pr4 on it i am pretty sure i can take a closer look at all markings if you want to know anything

d15b7 complete motor needs head gasket 200k 100 bucks includs everything...
