Not very much if you don't need the extra spark energy. Not enough to worry about until the cylinder pressure gets a lot higher under forced induction. Stock Honda ignitions are pretty good..

You definitely don't need a high flow fuel rail, because you're not going to come close to what the stock rail can flow. Buy one if you like the way it looks, but you aren't going to need it.

I'm not really sure why so many people immediately buy a fuel rail, regulator, and bigger fuel pump when the stock system works great for most non-turbo use.

You'll add a few HP with the intake manifold and header, but above that you'll need to affect engine efficiency with something like cams or greater compression. Minor external bolt-ons can only do so much, because they don't really have much effect on what happens inside the engine.
Dont i need a better fuel flow if i go nitrous?? if so, obviously i need to upgrade my fuel system dont i??

i would recommend what i have which is a poor man's type-r. you're gonna need a b16 head though which you should be able to afford when you sell your GSR head to someone who's trying to do an LS-VTEC. lol. and type-r internals for the bottom end.
i have around 31k mi on my engine... how much does it cost to rebuild an engine??

you are gonna spend just about the same amount(if not more) on all motor as you would turbo

not bashin on all motor bc i love it... but a gsr stock bore all motor mild build is only going to do so much for you

stock GSR motor + decent turbo kit + decent electronic fuel management + tune = 270-310 whp.

Probably not unless you're planning on using a pretty sizable shot of nitrous. Bigger injectors are the way to go, and some form of engine management that can increase the injector duration when the the nitrous is introduced. Or you could use a second set of injectors on some type of piggyback fuel controller, but piggybacks make me nervous..
