I just got back from my Disney vacs not too long ago and got those tickets for me, wife and son.
Mine was free. I only paid $25 to upgrade my ticket for park hopper and paid $124 for my wife's with park hopper as well. You have up to 5 tickets and they're valid all year so don't lose them in case you end up near Disney again this year. You can get them when you get to the park.
I've seen the flyer for Universal around work. I'll see if I can find it.
