With my cost.
I'd buy one from HMotorsOnline. I've never had a issue with any of his transmissions and I got lucky and got a ITR trans with a kaaz clutch type diff in it.

do they offer warrantys? i bought this tranny and it immediately had a bad rear main seal... the countershaft bearing went out immediately and then about 10 months down the road it blew a hole out

No. I'll tell you this though, the fmain shaft seal on mine is minty fresh and I've had it for four years.
If you call him immediately after something happens, I'm sure he'll take care of it. I can't say this from experience though as the about 10 swaps/trans/longblocks that I've gotten from him have never had problems.
