I bought a whole car from Ingrams once but there was no title involved. They pulled it off there yard put on a truck and gave me a bill of sale. I took my 5 speed swap and other goodies off and sent it back to them. Never going to get it titled sorry.

You don't.

Whether you bought the car's entire parts or not you still can't get the shell.

IF you can catch the cars before they hit processing, you can buy it for cash. I bought a 91 civic from them once before it reached processing. You just have to scan that big side lot that connects to the road where the wreckers drop them off at.

those cars have been processed through DMV unless they are donation cars wheter or not jim sells them to you depends soley on the title work and a decision on his part

just to give you an idea last two cars he set aside for me before it got processed (drain fluids, yank battery and so forth) were in the 800 - 1000 range, but i have also been hauling cars in there for almost 2 years so my pricing is a little discounted

once its in the yard, the title has been branded as junked, there is no turning back.

If the car hasn't been processed yet, you can buy it whole...once its in the yard though, its too late (at PnP at least)

I used to work there when it was U wrench it, but their policy is still the same. I do still get the hook up on parts, and have bought a few cars outright in the past from them. I know for a fact the will not sell a complete car(one that hasn't been processed yet) for less than $500 though, and they often expect a good amount for cars that really belong in the junkyard...
