its easier and less expensive if u just dont do exterior modifications . all you really need to do for a car to look good is lowered/rims/tint IMO

maybe.. just maybe he was giving you a thumbs down because you can't spell "tuners" right. there is no Z in tuners.

usually a thumbs down means something bad, so he was most likely implying that something about you or your car is bad, and i do not mean badass. (in example:you drive like a ricer, your car is ugly, you were being an asshole the way you drove, your car is all show and no go, he didnt like your car, he thought your car was slow. he maybe have thought he was faster than you but he most likely was so he gave u a thumbs downl, maybe he thinks white decal kits on black cars is gay, maybe he thought white rims on a black car looked tacky, maybe because your body kit doesnt perfectly fit your car, this next example is most likely not true: he was jealous of your car..
